NexCore Group has been selected to develop the five-story, 130,000-square-foot Clear Creek Crossing MOB for SCL Health at the replacement Lutheran Medical Campus at Clear Creek Crossing in Wheat Ridge, Colo.

WHEAT RIDGE and DENVER, Colo., Sept. 29, 2021 – National healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group announced today that it has been selected by SCL Health to develop the Clear Creek Crossing Medical Office Building (MOB) on the new Lutheran Medical Campus in Wheat Ridge.

The five-story, 130,000-square-foot facility will be the first medical office building on the new 28-acre hospital campus, which will replace SCL Health’s existing Lutheran Medical Center 3.5 miles away. Ground was broken June 9 for the new Lutheran Medical Campus, which will be part of the planned 100-acre Clear Creek Crossing mixed-use development at the southwest corner of State Highway 58 and U.S. Interstate 70.

NexCore plans to break ground on the Clear Creek Crossing MOB in late 2022, with anticipated delivery of the MOB to tenants by early 2024 in conjunction with the hospital opening. The new medical office building will include SCL Health outpatient clinics and services as well as an ASC. In addition to the new medical campus, Clear Creek Crossing is slated to include retail, entertainment, hotel, multifamily residential and employment land uses.
