Briargate Medical Campus is a ±59,887-square-foot medical office building located just one mile from UCHealth Memorial Hospital North, a 124-bed short-term acute care facility. Briargate is 97% leased with UCHealth, anchoring the Property with 41% of the rentable area for radiology, primary care and orthopedic services. Optum, the Health Services platform of UnitedHealth Group accounts for another 27% of the building for primary care and pediatric services. Other specialties represented at the Property are pediatric ophthalmology, pediatric dentistry and dermatology.
Printer’s Park Medical Plaza was purpose-built in 1999 to provide outpatient services for the UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, a 413-bed short term acute hospital located a mile from the Property. It’s 66% leased with UCHealth, anchoring the building with 84% of the tenancy. UCHealth offers radiology, women’s health, cardiology, physical therapy, allergy & asthma, orthopedics, breast care/surgery specialties from this location in addition to a lab. Other tenants include Children’s Hospital Colorado, Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics and American Vein & Vascular Institute.
