This northern Philadelphia suburb is known for a well-established medical corridor and extremely convenient access to the region’s highway network.

The building was designed by Linn Architects of Media, PA and construction management is being serviced by Axis Construction Management of King of Prussia, PA. Financing was arranged by Ackman-Ziff and provided by Bryn Mawr Trust Corporation.
