News Release: Anchor Health Properties Earns 2021 Great Place to Work Certification™

This year, 97% of employees said Anchor is a great place to work – compared to 59% of employees at the average U.S. company.

Over 85 percent of Anchor Health Properties’ employees completed the program’s signature Trust Index© Survey that covered a variety of workplace quality experiences, including employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Highlights from the survey include:

• 100 percent feel employees care about each other.
• 99 percent feel they are given ample resources and equipment to perform work to the best of their ability.
• 99 percent feel everyone has an opportunity to get special recognition.
• 100 percent feel a sense of pride when they look at what the company has accomplished.

Within the survey, rankings are based on employees’ experiences and team members have an opportunity to give personal feedback regarding what they feel the company can do to improve even further. Participation in the project was led by Ashley Feero, SHRM-CP, Vice President of Human Resources.
