News Release: Colliers announces the sale of Mid-Town Surgery Center in Houston, Texas

Houston, September 8, 2021 – Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of Mid-Town Surgery Center, a 8,936 square foot licensed surgical center located at 2105 Jackson Street in Houston. The buyer, 1701 Webster Ltd., was self-represented. Beth Young of Colliers represented the seller, Jackson Street Realty, LLC, in the transaction.

“We received a tremendous amount of interest in this surgery center, demonstrating the ongoing demand for medical properties by investors and users alike,” said Beth Young, Senior Vice President of Colliers.

The fully licensed Ambulatory Surgical Center is situated on ±0.35 acres in the heart of Midtown, just south of the Central Business District and north of the Texas Medical Center. The property features two floors with two operating rooms and privately gated surface parking.
