LEVELAND, OH (August 11, 2021) – Woodside Health is proud to announce that Ben Barr has been promoted to Principal of Woodside Health, joining Co-Founders Joe Greulich, Ted Barr and Ben Sheridan. Ben’s promotion serves as a building block as Woodside Health continues to establish itself as a preeminent healthcare real estate investment company. Woodside’s growing portfolio currently consists of 30 properties spanning six states and 1.6 million square feet.

Ben’s background includes developing and executing real estate strategies for corporations abroad and Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. as a leader of Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Team. Ben earned his B.S in both Accounting & Finance from The University of Akron. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Ohio.
