The JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of Vista Medical Plaza, a two-story, 54,703 square foot multi-tenant medical office building located adjacent to the 320-bed Tri-City Medical Center in Vista, CA. In 2016, the Property underwent major renovations and building improvements to bring the building up to class A standards. Tenancy included a strong mix investment grade systems and health providers, such as United Healthcare (Moody’s: A3), Rady Children’s (Moody’s: Aa3), and LabCorp (Moody’s: Baa2), with the balance of the tenancy comprised of excellent local and regional practices. Vista Medical Plaza is the highest quality third-party owned medical office building on or adjacent to the Tri-City campus.
