Healthcare Real Estate Developer Cambridge Holdings Hires Key Executives

Dallas, Texas, July 14 2021 – Dallas-based Cambridge Holdings Incorporated has hired Chad Pinnell and Charlotte Brown, both seasoned executives with extensive relationships and experience in healthcare related sales, as Senior Vice Presidents of Client Engagement. They will help expand Cambridge’s nationwide reach in the healthcare facility development space as well as explore additional development of healthy mixed-use communities and build-to-suit corporate offices.

Chad Pinnell joins Cambridge with more than 20 years’ experience and proven knowledge in commercial and healthcare real estate. His most recent work was with JLL. As Executive Director, Business Development, he worked with C-suite leadership in some of the largest health systems in the United States to design and implement improvements in facility financial performance. He provided strategic consulting, operations management and transaction advisory services to enhance clinical quality, increase patient satisfaction and create sustainable cost reduction. His clients included UnitedHealth Group, MD Anderson, Rush University Medical Center, and University of Illinois at Chicago health, among many others. Prior to JLL, Pinnell was a Senior Vice President at Equity Inc. where he developed a consulting and advisory business unit focused on health systems, REITs and municipalities exploring health and wellness opportunities. He identified and led national real estate development opportunities and portfolio monetization. Pinnell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial and Business Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus.

Charlotte Brown comes most recently from Cardinal Health, where she served as Vice President of Sales – West Region. She managed a team of more than 100 sales and support employees across 34 states serving dozens of key accounts in major health systems such as Kaiser Permanente, Adventist Health, Mayo Clinic, Intermountain Health and Providence Health, to name a few. Her team was responsible for more than $400 million in annual sales of customized procedural operating room solutions within acute care hospital settings. Previously, Brown was Area Vice President of Sales for Zimmer Biomet Robotics, where she managed a team responsible for sales of ortho/neuro surgical robotics. This work included advising surgery staff on design/construction parameters and financial considerations for medical space development to house robotic surgical equipment. Earlier positions within Zimmer included managing $2 billion in annual sales of musculoskeletal implants and devices. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fisk University in Nashville and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
