West Taft Road Medical Center was sold by West Taft Road Associates, LLC to an international private equity firm specializing in healthcare real estate for an undisclosed purchase price.
West Taft Road Medical Center is 73% leased and is anchored by St. Joseph’s Health, Family Care Medical Group and Fallon Oral Surgery. 3 major hospitals – SUNY Upstate University Hospital, St. Joseph’s Health Hospital and Crouse Hospital – are located within 7 miles of the building; North Medical Center, a large medical campus, is situated within 1.4 miles.
