Copper Peak Medical Office Building is a 99% leased three-story medical office property located in American Fork, Utah. The rent roll features a diverse, synergistic tenancy and a staggered lease expiration schedule with more than 5 years of WALT. The property is positioned in the Provo-Orem MSA which ranked the 11th fastest growing MSA from 2010-2019 and is ideally located adjacent to Intermountain Healthcare’s 91-bed American Fork Hospital, a leading acute care hospital in the submarket.

CBRE negotiated non-recourse acquisition financing at a highly competitive leverage level and interest rate with interest-only payments in the first year.
