BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate team served as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction.
The state-of-the-art building is located on the north side of San Antonio, just off the Wurzbach Parkway, which is a new freeway connecting the east side of San Antonio to the medical center on the northwest side.
American Surgery Center is operated by Surgery Partners with twenty-five physicians that utilize the Property for all of their surgical cases. The physicians perform various outpatient ophthalmic procedures, including cataract surgery, corneal transplants, refractive lens exchange, and multiple glaucoma procedures.
