Woodside Health Announces Sale of the Pavlik Professional Center in Orlando, FL
Cleveland, OH (June 18th, 2021) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the sale of the Pavlik Professional Center, a 17,000 square foot medical office building in Orlando, FL.
Woodside purchased the Orlando-area property in 2015. Anchored by a prominent chiropractic / primary care practice, the property is in the heart of downtown Orlando and is located only one block from the Orlando Health – Orlando Regional Medical Center, one of central Florida’s largest hospitals and only Level One Trauma Center.
“We have really enjoyed owning the Pavlik building and working with Dr. Pavlik and the other great tenants there,” said Ted Barr, Woodside Health Principal. “This area of Orlando was great when we purchased the building and has only gotten better. We’ve improved the building as well, making it a fantastic location for each of the tenants,” he added. “We had worked with the buyer previously on another Florida property we sold a couple years ago and we’re confident that they’ll be great stewards going forward,” continued Barr.
This is the tenth sale for Woodside Health, the medical office building acquisition and management firm with properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. The firm has acquired 36 medical office properties and has additional properties under contract.
