Leadership Promotions at ERDMAN
Scott Nugent
Madison, Wis. – As ERDMAN continues to grow, our architectural and engineering efforts are consistently evolving to be more client focused, innovative, and reflect ERDMAN’s culture. Such exciting times are also represented by two recent leadership promotions. ERDMAN promoted Scott Nugent to Senior Vice President of Operations and Paul DuCharme to Vice President of Architecture and Engineering.
Scott started with ERDMAN in 2016. “He has since been an incredible asset in advancing ERDMAN’s project delivery framework, systems development, and our overall project results,” says ERDMAN President and CEO Rustin Becker. “Through his commitment to excellence and being all in, Scott is an exceptional leader. We are excited for what is in store with his new role as he spearheads our program management, preconstruction, and other operational efforts.”
Paul has been with ERDMAN for over 30 years. His decades of experience have been instrumental with project teams and building strong client relationships. As he has progressed in his leadership journey, Paul is excited and energized to take on the responsibilities of his new role. “He will provide leadership and management around project resourcing, mentorship, coaching, development, and more” says Rustin. “His talent, values, and attitude continue to also play a positive role in ERDMAN’s culture.”
