Woodside Health Announces Sale of Texas Cardiac Associates Medical Plaza in Rowlett, TX (Dallas MSA)

Cleveland, OH (May 10th, 2021) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the sale of Texas Cardiac Associates Medical Plaza, a 15,000 square foot medical office building in Rowlett, TX.

Woodside purchased the Dallas-area property in 2016. The property is anchored by a large cardiology practice affiliated with Baylor Scott & White, the leading hospital system in the area. With the property located only 1.5 miles from the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe, tenants enjoy the convenience of being just down the road from the hospital.

“We had recently taken the property to 100% occupancy and this was the right timing for an exit for our investors,” said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. “Our leasing and management team did a great job filling a couple of the original tenants with strong medical/dental practices and maintaining the building at a high-level for the doctors and their patients,” he added. “The tenants appreciate the parking right in front of their office and the ability to quickly drive to and from the hospital when they need to see a patient there,” continued Sheridan.

This is the ninth sale for Woodside Health, the medical office building acquisition and management firm with properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. The firm has acquired 34 medical office properties and has additional properties under contract.
