(Denver, CO. ) – Fairfield Advisors, a national Real Estate Advisory firm focused on the HealthCare marketplace, facilitated the sale of the Physicians Primary Care Medical Office Building portfolio. The Medical Office Buildings are located in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers, Florida. The 6 medical office buildings total 81,250 square feet and are the long term home to Physicians Primary Care and Premier Women’s Care of Southwest Florida. Both are well established practices with over 50 physicians.
