New Hires Solidify Healthcare Advisory Services Team As Country’s Largest
(APRIL 8, 2021 – DALLAS) – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the expansion of its Healthcare Advisory team in Dallas with three new additions to the firm: Vice President Laura Lea, Vice President Evan Saks, and Associate Bob Krass.
As part of the team’s role in advising healthcare real estate owners, investors and users throughout North Texas, they support clients in site selection, lease negotiations, and transaction management.

Lea’s background includes land acquisition and disposition, investment sales, leasing and operational performance of multifaceted portfolios. She received an MBA from Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge.
Saks brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 2 million square feet of leasing transactions. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
Krass specializes in transaction management, market analysis and research, and strategic real estate planning to ensure maximum efficiency for clients. A Kansas City native, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
The Transwestern Healthcare Advisory Services team is the country’s largest healthcare real estate team, operating from 20 cities and including more than 175 members. The team provides a full range of services, including project management and construction services, property management, leasing, tenant advisory, and investment for hospitals, healthcare networks, physicians and investors.
In December 2020, Transwestern announced Southwestern Health Resources signed a long-term lease totaling nearly 150,000 square feet at Browning Place in Farmers Branch, Texas. The transaction was one of the largest office deals signed in Dallas during 2020.
