Chris Bodnar, Lee Asher, Ryan Lindsley and Jordan Selbiger partnered with Dann Burke and Stephani Gaskins from CBRE Denver Healthcare Brokerage to act as the seller’s exclusive advisors.

Arapahoe Medical Center is a three-story medical office building located in Centennial, Colorado approximately 15 miles southeast of downtown Denver. The ±59,359-square-foot property is currently 91% leased to a mix of 17 tenants comprised of prominent physician groups and other healthcare providers. Specialties represented at the Property include primary care, asthma and allergy, neurology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and physical therapy, among others. The weighted average remaining lease term is 4.8 years, with no tenant accounting for more than 10% of the rentable area.
