Nashville, Tenn. — Montecito Medical Real Estate, one of the nation’s top acquirers of medical office properties, has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Brandi Meeks as Vice President of Marketing.
Meeks leads branding strategy and execution for the company, including marketing related to Montecito’s medical real estate acquisition activities, physician investor funds and services to physicians and medical groups.
“Our company connects with diverse audiences that include physicians, practice group administrators, health system executives, developers, commercial real estate brokers and investors, and being able to communicate our message effectively and simultaneously to each audience is key to our success,” said Joellyn Shannon, Principal and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Montecito Medical. “As we look to grow, we were drawn to Brandi’s demonstrated ability to plan and lead data-driven, results-oriented marketing campaigns, particularly in the realm of digital marketing. We are very excited to welcome her as the latest key addition to our growing team.”
Meeks brings to Montecito 17 years of experience in marketing with expertise in the financial services sector. Before joining Montecito, she headed Wealth & Asset Management marketing for Informa Financial Intelligence, a leading financial data and analysis provider. Prior to Informa, she served as Senior Marketing Manager for Zephyr Associates, an investment analysis software company based in Zephyr Cove, Nevada.
