The Portfolio consists of two medical office buildings that are 88% leased, with 61% leased to prominent regional health systems including Wellstar Health System, Northside Hospital and Emory Healthcare. The two properties are strategically located adjacent to and on the campus of Wellstar Douglas Hospital, a 108-bed community hospital and part of Wellstar Health System, a nationally ranked, not-for-profit health system with 11 hospitals in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Prestley Mill Medical Center is a campus-adjacent, ±28,400-square-foot medical office building anchored by Georgia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of Northside Hospital Cancer Institute. Other specialties provided at the property include imaging, allergy, nephrology, neurology, physical therapy and spine/orthopedics. Douglasville Medical Center is a two-story, ±16,167-square-foot facility located on the campus of Wellstar Douglas Hospital. Specialties offered by Wellstar within the property include pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, infectious disease, internal medicine and primary care.
