Pensacola, Florida (January 6, 2021)

Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (“Catalyst HRE”), a national healthcare real estate developer, celebrates breaking ground on a 43,000 square foot Medical Office Building (‘MOB’) in La Porte, Indiana.

The La Porte Physician Network includes multi-specialty medical groups of more than 100 physicians in 40+ locations. Northwest Health – La Porte has provided acute care in the heart of La Porte for more than 40 years.

“We are excited to begin construction on a new medical office building which will allow us to offer our patients specialty and outpatient services adjacent to our new hospital.”, said Ashley Dickinson, CEO of Northwest Health – La Porte.

Physicians and patients will have access to the four-story MOB from the new hospital through the first and second floor. The MOB will offer outpatients services including Cardiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Electrophysiology (EP) Clinic, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Infusion, Oncology, Sleep Lab, and Wound Care.
