The Property is 99% leased to Loma Linda University Health Care (“Loma Linda” or “LLUHC”), a major academic medical center that operates 1,077 beds across six hospitals and provides training to thousands of students and residents each year.
Loma Linda originally identified the Property in 2018 as an opportunity to expand their Behavioral Medical Center (“BMC”) MEND Program in the Redlands market. The MEND Program is designed to support patients by maintaining or regaining emotional health and balance during a significant medical illness or treatment. Therapists and clinicians at this facility provide a nurturing environment for patients and their families during organ transplantation, diabetes and chemotherapy, as well as those coping with asthma, cystic fibrosis, kidney disease, seizures and other chronic illnesses.
