Schaufele Joins OGA as Vice President
Local leader in healthcare real estate development adds industry veteran to it leadership team
Nashville, Tenn. – Oman-Gibson Associates (OGA) has announced the addition of Fraser Schaufele to its leadership team. The 20-year commercial real estate industry veteran joins the company as a Vice President.
In his new role, Schaufele will assume responsibilities for business and project development with new and existing clientele nationally. Schaufele joins OGA after years of developing projects across various industries at both the local and national level, including retail, restaurants, healthcare and medical properties.
“We’re extremely excited to have Fraser join our team,” said OGA CEO Bond Oman. “He brings a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge in commercial real estate and healthcare real estate, which complements our focus and core strengths. Prior to joining OGA, Schaufele worked with The Mainland Companies to expand the company’s healthcare and retail divisions nationally. He also worked with GBT Realty corporation in Brentwood, Tennessee for 10 years, where he headed the Leasing & Development departments. While there, he and his team leased over 6 million square feet of new development across the country.
Schaufele is an active member of the Nashville Healthcare Council and ICSC (International Council for Shopping Centers), and is also currently a stakeholder in various, local well-known restaurants and real estate in Nashville’s Urban core.
