Chris Bodnar, Lee Asher, Ryan Lindsley, Jordan Selbiger, Sabrina Solomiany and Zack Holderman partnered with Gary Fazzio in the Illinois market to act as the seller’s exclusive advisors.
The Property is located in one of the most affluent communities in the Midwest, Naperville, Illinois, approximately 30 miles west of downtown Chicago. The ±43,340 square foot, two-story facility was constructed in 1986 and is 100% leased to Naperville Psychiatric Ventures dba Linden Oaks Hospital, a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of Edward-Elmhurst Health (EEH), one of the larger integrated health systems in Illinois.
At this facility EEH provides comprehensive behavioral health services to the community with a team of experienced psychiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants, advanced practice psychiatric nurses and counselors/therapists, who specialize in adolescent and adult behavioral health services.
The Property is located in the affluent community of Naperville on North Mill Street just south of Interstate Highway 88, the major east-west artery that connects downtown Chicago with Davenport/Moline in the outer suburbs. Approximately 10 minutes south of the Property is the 50-acre EEH Edward Hospital Main Campus, a 352-bed, full-service medical center that is EEH’s largest facility.
