CBRE’s Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix/Vegas team is pleased to announce the sale of Latham Medical Plaza, at 4361 Latham Street in Riverside, California, for $7.85 million. The 31,201 square-foot, two-story building was originally built in 1991. DaVita Dialysis, who occupies nearly half of the rentable area and has been operating at the location since 1992, recently signed a 10-year lease extension. Latham Medical Plaza was 66 percent leased at the time of sale.

Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo, Gary Stache, Doug Mack and Bryan Johnson of CBRE represented the seller, Jolish Latham, LLC and Latham ZG, LLC, San Francisco based private investors. The buyer was JKI Investment. “Located only minutes away from Riverside Community Hospital, the property has an intrinsic value that is incredibly desirable for any physician looking for new space in the Riverside area,” said Cemo.
