The JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the North Jackson Clinic in Jackson, Tennessee and Decatur Dialysis in Decatur, Georgia. The multi-tenant properties are anchored by DaVita Inc., the largest dialysis provider in the country, and are 100 percent occupied by a synergistic mix of kidney care oriented tenants.
The 18,322 square foot North Jackson Clinic is occupied by West Tennessee Kidney Specialists, a leading nephrology group aligned with DaVita in the market, and The Jackson Clinic, the vein and vascular clinic of a large multispecialty physician group serving Tennessee. The purpose-built facility features critical dialysis infrastructure and 26 dialysis stations as well as surgery clinic space.
Decatur Dialysis is a 16,270 square foot facility occupied by Southwest Atlanta Nephrology, a market leading nephrology group that refers patients to DaVita and provides highly complementary services to the 36-station dialysis clinic.
