CHARLOTTE, NC (September 29, 2020) – PAPPAS PROPERTIES announced today the development of the next phase of Professional Office at its Midtown Mixed Use project. The five story, 67,500 gross square foot building will be located at the project’s newly expanded Berkeley Avenue and Harding Place. It will be parked by an adjoining parking deck. Designed with 13,500 GSF floors, the building will efficiently accommodate full floor and smaller users and have direct access to parking.
The project joins the Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute and Atrium Health’s Clinical Care buildings scheduled to be completed early next year.
In collaboration with the City and County authorities, Pappas Properties recently expanded its Tax Increment Grant allowing for an expansion of the road network. The site has direct access off E. Morehead St, access into Uptown with no traffic signals and additional controlled access off Kenilworth Ave with a signal installation at Harding Place.
Pappas Properties managing director of Healthcare, Mark Furlan, has announced that pre-leasing will commence shortly for the project. He also stated that additional phased projects for the overall site will be announced later this year.
