Stealth Realty Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of James P. “Jim” Coman as Managing Director Capital Markets – Healthcare, and the opening of a second office in Charleston, South Carolina.
Prior to joining Stealth, Jim was a consultant for a west coast investment group on the leasing and management of a class “A” medical office portfolio in the Carolinas. Jim also enjoyed a lengthy stint with Healthcare Trust of America where he began as a financial analyst and grew to Senior Vice President in Asset Management for the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern United States.
Jim lives in Charleston with his wife Rhonda. They have one daughter who is currently a sophomore at The University of South Carolina.
