Blake will oversee, coordinate and manage the sourcing of new ground-up development and other revenue-generating opportunities for Flagship consistent with the company’s objectives and mandate, with hospitals, health systems and physician practices in Flagship’s target markets. Blake brings over 10 years of experience in strategic development and real estate management.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Blake was vice president of development for Red Rock Developments where he was responsible for overseeing development projects for industrial and office development in strategic locations. Prior to that, he spent nine years as the executive vice president and chief development officer at Monarch where he provided strategic direction and oversight of their corporate real estate.
