ROBERT WOOD JOHNSON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL SOMERSET MASTER FACILITY PLAN

Our plan brought various cardiology functions together into a new 49,000 sf Cardiology Pavilion. We repositioned Same Day Surgery and are now renovating the decanted Bronchoscopy, Endoscopy and Physical Therapy Departments.

COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY PETER ANDOLFATTO LAB

The design co-locates computational dry lab and wet lab spaces, optimizing functionality for research of molecular genetics, biochemistry, ecology, genomics, and computational biology.

KEAN UNIVERSITY HYNES HALL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

This new six-story, 90,000 square foot contemporary business school has large, student-focused common spaces with dramatic multi-level connections to anchor each floor.

NEW JERSEY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY MICRO-FABRICATION INNOVATION CENTER

The purposing of decommissioned clean room resulted in a state-of-the-art facility for the fabrication of micro- and nan electronic an microfluidic devices and sensors.

VARIETY BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF QUEENS

A new, larger building will richly serve a growing community, supporting STEAM education, the arts, athletic programs, and workforce development. New low-income housing units will share the
site.
