Healthcare real estate firm hires vice president of leasing and brokerage to open new Triangle area office location and expand service offerings
RALEIGH, N.C. (April 28, 2020) — Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), a Charlotte, N.C. based healthcare real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Elaine Boyle has joined the firm as vice president of leasing and brokerage. Elaine will be the broker-in-charge for the firm’s newest office location in North Carolina’s Triangle area and will expand leasing services and tenant representation business in the market.
Elaine comes to Flagship from the Raleigh-based Colliers International office where she was a trusted partner to many satisfied clients seeking office and medical space. In addition to her experience leading a commercial real estate team at another global firm, Elaine previously worked for American Express, managing teams that contributed to her client’s success in expense management and merchant services.

A native of St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada, Elaine has called the Raleigh, N.C. area home since 1998. She is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland, speaks French fluently and holds a Six Sigma Blackbelt certification.
