Fairfield Advisors announces sale of AHI Medical Office Building in Canton, GA.

– $5,900,000 Transaction –

( Denver, CO and Atlanta, GA.) – Fairfield Advisors, a national Real Estate Advisory firm focused on the HealthCare marketplace, facilitated the sale of the Medical Office Building located at 100 Liberty Blvd in Canton, GA., a suburb of Atlanta.  The building totals 19,558 square feet and was built in 2018. All 3 of the tenant in the MOB signed long term, NNN-leases that commenced at the closing of the transactions. The anchor tenant is American HealthCare Imaging which is owned by US Radiology.

“The developer of this Medical Office Building decided it was an optimal time to sell this asset given the current market conditions”, said Greg Trainor, Managing Partner with Fairfield. “They utilized Fairfield Advsiors to manage a comprehensive, nation-wide process in defining the buyer for the MOB. With its location and new leases in place, the process resulted in a range of offers and the final transaction more than achieved the seller’s goals.”

Fairfield Advisors has closed on $505,000,000 of HealthCare Real Estate transactions.
