Pensacola, Florida (December 16, 2019) – Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (“Catalyst HRE”), a national healthcare real estate developer, has announced the acquisition of multi-tenant medical office buildings in Newington, Connecticut. The portfolio consists of three buildings totaling in 31,198 square feet and is currently 95% leased to a mix of medical tenants. The centrally located property is near downtown and major local hospitals such as VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems, Hartford Hospital, and The Hospital of Central Connecticut.

The campus is anchored by a 13,198 square foot eye surgery center operated by Hartford Hospital Eye Surgery Center. The center sees over 9,800 patients and handles approximately 10,000 procedures per year.
