The JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of 500 University Avenue, a 47,724 square foot Class A medical office building in Sacramento, California.  The two-story building is 100 percent occupied and is anchored by Sacramento Heart and Vascular Medical Associates and its affiliated ambulatory surgery center in 50 percent of the building.  Along with tenancy from UC Davis Health, the building features a synergistic mix of healthcare practices with significant healthcare infrastructure, including an ambulatory surgery center, imaging suite, laboratory and clinical exam space.
