News Release: Montecito Promotes Gudnyy to SVP of Investments

Nashville, Tenn. — Montecito Medical, the nation’s leading privately held acquirer of medical real estate, announced today that it has promoted Rus Gudnyy to Senior Vice President – Investments, effective immediately.

In his new position he will continue to be directly involved in all aspects of the acquisition process including sourcing, underwriting and evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities for the company.

Gudnyy’s broad transaction experience includes closing on more than $1 billion in medical office acquisitions and development opportunities. A graduate of Cornell University, Gudnyy earned his degree in Applied Economics and Management, with a concentration of Finance and Strategy.
