ATLANTA – September 17, 2019 – CBRE announced today the promotion of Sabrina Solomiany to first vice president of national Healthcare Capital Markets.
Based in Atlanta, GA, Ms. Solomiany will continue to work with Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher, vice chairmen and co-heads of Healthcare Capital Markets, to focus on debt and structured finance solutions for its healthcare and life sciences clients.
“Sabrina came to CBRE with a strong background in debt execution and we are excited for her to expand her role within the company; she will help to create an even stronger healthcare debt platform for the firm,” said Mr. Bodnar.
“Sabrina has an incredible work ethic and this promotion will allow her to deliver the consistent, results-oriented approach that our clients have come to expect,” said Mr. Asher.
Ms. Solomiany is a 16-year commercial real estate veteran. Her capital sources include life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, credit-based financing, mortgage REITs and Wall Street CMBS investment banks. Ms. Solomiany has developed a specialization for sourcing the complete capital stack including senior mortgages, mezzanine pieces, preferred equity and joint venture equity structures.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Ms. Solomiany closed on more than $1.65 billion in commercial real estate transactions across the investment sales, debt placement and joint venture equity platforms. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
