Davis and Physicians Realty Trust are excited to welcome Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) to the Coon Rapids Medical Center!
This Fall, CDI will open a state of the art imaging center with MRI, CT, diagnostic and therapeutic injections and X-ray. CDI is relocating from their current Coon Rapids center, 2 miles away.

Coon Rapids Medical Center is a two-story medical office building on Coon Rapids Blvd NW near the Mercy Hospital Campus.
