The Portfolio consists of eight (8) dermatology facilities 100% leased to Dermatology Solutions Group (DSG), a dermatology practice with over 25 locations in the Southeastern United States.
DSG has been expanding rapidly through practice acquisition and new market entry as a provider of dermatological services as well as practice management solutions focused on maximizing the potential of private practices.
