Addition of 25-Year Veteran Further Strengthens Colliers’ Healthcare Services Group
NEW YORK, January 22, 2019 — Leading global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International Group Inc. announces the hiring of Kim Kretowicz as Managing Director. Kretowicz, who will be based in the Woodbridge location, brings 25 years of expertise in the New Jersey office and healthcare markets to Colliers International.
Kretowicz joins Colliers as a Fellow of the firm’s prestigious National Healthcare Services Group. Kretowicz significantly bolsters Colliers International New Jersey Investment Services capabilities in the burgeoning healthcare industry. In her new position Kretowicz will act as an advisor to clients that include private investors, medical office building owners and developers, hospital systems, private physician groups and healthcare REITs.

Kretowicz previously held the role of Vice President of the Healthcare Real Estate Group and The National Office Group at Marcus & Millichap. She also served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield NJ and as Senior Vice President/Executive Committee Member at Grubb and Ellis.
Kretowicz is an active member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW) Network, Susan G. Komen and Clean Ocean Action.
