Milwaukee, WI (January 17, 2019) – MBH Investment Real Estate, LLC, (“MBH”) is pleased to announce the sale of the Howell Avenue Professional Building, a 21,024-SF medical/professional office building at 8375 South Howell Avenue in Oak Creek. MBH listed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller, RW Howell LLC. The property was acquired by SEP Oak Creek MOB, LLC, an affiliate of Stage Equity Partners (Chicago, IL).
Constructed in 2007 with an addition in 2017, the two-story building is 91.3% occupied and anchored by Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin – Oak Creek Pediatrics. Other tenants include Progressive Pediatric Dentists and Wasserman & Shuff Certified Public Accountants.
