Post-Acute & Senior Living: Senior housing occupancy steadies

National average was 87.9 percent in Q3, matching the lowest rate since Q2 2011

It might not be great news, but at least the occupancy rate for the country’s seniors housing facilities did not fall any farther in the third quarter (Q3) of 2018, according to Annapolis-based National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC).
