News Release: Just closed: Trilogy Medical Office Building, Mars, PA

The JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the 30,076 square foot Trilogy Medical Office Building located in Mars, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh.  Completed in 2006, the property is 93 percent occupied by Pittsburgh’s largest healthcare providers including the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Allegheny Health Network, Butler Health System and UnitedHealth Group’s OptumHealth division.  The Trilogy Medical Office Building is strategically located in the rapidly growing Cranberry Township submarket of Pittsburgh with easy access to multiple interstates which connect to many adjacent prospering residential communities.
