The Frisco Medical Pavilion is being developed in Frisco, one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, and near the new Texas Health Hospital Frisco
Dallas, Nov. 1, 2018 – Caddis®, a national healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, recently broke ground for the 34,650 square foot, multi-tenant Frisco Medical Pavilion in the Dallas suburb of Frisco, one of the fastest growing cities in the country.
The Class A pavilion will be a nine-suite, single-story retail-style building at 12950 Dallas Parkway in Frisco. The project is due north of the under-construction 80-bed Texas Health Frisco Hospital and a Texas Health Physicians Group internal medicine clinic will be the anchor tenant. The facility is expected to be completed in the summer of 2019, around the same time as the opening of the new hospital.
Jud Jacobs, Caddis executive vice president of development and partner, said the new medical pavilion will offer patients and the community a number of important benefits.
“The new clinic will be highly visible and easily accessible from the Dallas North Tollway and will have abundant parking,” Mr. Jacobs says. “We believe this project will help provide its patients convenient access to high-quality healthcare and increase referrals to the nearby medical campus.”

The general contractor for the project is Richardson, Texas-based Novel Builders, and the architect is Dallas-based Corgan.
