After building one successful MOB, partners now plan to add 98,000 square feet

When two local firms decided to pursue the development of a speculative medical office building (MOB) on the edge of downtown Los Angeles about three years ago, their proposal raised eyebrows nationwide.
A development team of Robhana Group and Inception Property Group have announced plans to build this 48,000 square foot spec MOB in downtown Los Angeles, and also plan to repurpose an existing office building for medical use.
Spec MOB development had gotten a bad name in 2008 and 2009 when several such projects – and their developers – failed.
