Meridian is pleased to announce that it has sold 4242 Broadway, a 12,754 square foot dialysis outpatient clinic located in Oakland, CA. The clinic received the 2017 National Healthcare Real Estate Insights award for Best New Outpatient Facility under 25,000 square feet.
Cushman and Wakefield’s Chris Sheldon represented Meridian in this transaction and Jeff Gates of The Kase Group represented the buyer.
