A M King Completes Multi-Tenant Medical Office Building in Steele Creek
Charlotte, NC—A M King, an integrated Design-Build firm, announced that it has completed construction of a new medical office building at the intersection of Steele Creek and South Tryon Streets.
The two-story building is a joint venture between The Keith Corporation (TKC) and Sports Med Properties, LLC. and comprises roughly 24,000-square-feet. The building is constructed as a multi-tenant medical office building with Novant Health taking the entire lower floor and additional tenants occupying the upper level (Charlotte Radiology, Greater Charlotte Foot and Ankle Center and Daniel Mark Hostrander, DDS.)
A M King provided fully integrated design-build services utilizing its in-house design and engineering teams, and completed all site development, including parking lot, retaining walls and site utilities. Along with the site, A M King completed the building shell and vertical circulation–which includes an elevator, finished lobbies on both floors and code compliant egress for the entire space.
