Inpatient Projects: Local developers plan four-story, 42,000 square foot MOB across from Owensboro (Ky.) Health Regional Hospital

OWENSBORO, Ky. – A pair of local developers have proposed a four-story, 42,000 square foot MOB on a 3-acre site they own across the street from Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in this eastern Kentucky community on the Indiana border. The local Messenger-Inquirer newspaper reports that Steve Hayden and Rick Isbill of H&I Development Co. have owned the land since 1991, long before the hospital opened in 2013. A local broker, Gateway Property Management and Leasing, is handling the leasing and the developers say they will hold off on construction until they are able to gauge the response. The project team also includes the local firms Axiom Architecture and Hayden Construction.
