Megan Drummond has served on Cornerstone’s property management team for over three years. On February 15, she was installed as a Certified Property Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Certified Property Manager (CPM) is a real estate professional designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and recognized by the National Association of Realtors. To qualify for CPM designation, a candidate must have over three years of experience, attend specific courses, pass a certification exam, submit multiple letters of recommendation and hold a current real estate license.
