NORWALK, Conn. – Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) announced Sept. 11 that it represented Bostonbased Marcus Partners in the sale of the four-story, 71,401 square foot Cross Street Medical Center at 40 Cross St. in Norwalk to Anchor Health Properties for $23 million.
