(Charlottesville, VA)– Anchor Health Properties (Anchor), a national, full-service healthcare real estate development, management and acquisitions company focused solely on medical facilities, is pleased to announce two new additions to the West Coast Anchor team. As seasoned professionals in the industry, John Koss and Deborah Hejko will support the recent acquisitions and growth in the San Diego, California and Denver, Colorado markets. Both joined Anchor in the third quarter of 2017.
John Koss, CCIM, CPM brings more than 30 years of broad real estate experience in areas including asset and property management, contract and lease negotiation and financial and statistical modeling to Anchor. Koss will serve as the Western Region Asset Manager and is based in the firm’s San Diego, CA office. Prior to joining Anchor, Koss held key roles with Ventas and served as President of the CCIM chapter in Orange County, CA.
Deborah Hejko, RPA, FMA, Assoc. DBIA joins Anchor with more than 20 years of medical and healthcare property management experience. In her role at Anchor as Regional Property Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the property management team and managing more than 350,000 SF in the San Diego, CA region. Hejko joins Anchor from Medical Asset Management where she most recently served as Director of Property Management in the Orange County, CA area.
