EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, November 15, 2017– Welbrook Senior Living has completed construction and licensing of their newest memory care facility located in Santa Monica California.
“This facility incorporates new design elements specifically for memory care programming and in conjunction with our Welbrook Moments Program will provide a quality lifestyle experience for seniors with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Our program goes beyond your standard monthly calendar and focuses on creating meaningful moments within everyday events” said David Cole, Executive Director at Welbrook Santa Monica. “Our 50 unit, single occupancy studios will bring a unique, high quality life-style for seniors of Santa Monica and surrounding communities.”
Welbrook has partnered with Urban Green Investments, a fully integrated real estate investment and development company based in San Francisco CA. “This has been an effective partnership and we are excited to make our vision of high quality memory care services a reality for the Santa Monica community” said Cole. “Their commitment to this project has facilitated the design, construction and now operation of this state-of-the-art memory care community.”
Interest from the local community has been high, and the first residents have moved in. Welbrook has been, and will continue to support Alzheimer’s Association groups in the area to help those families in need of assistance in caring for elderly loved ones with memory issues.
